We have established procedures to reduce the environmental impact of our offices.  We believe we can further reduce them by focusing on three areas:   Our energy use, our travel patterns and our waste production.

Energy

We have calculated our current energy use across all offices.  Our London office has an integrated energy monitoring system to ensure we understand our energy use and can target reductions.

08/09 Target:  Monitor energy use across all offices and regularly report usage to employees.

Travel

Our travel patterns vary across our offices and will continue to do so.  Our London and Guildford offices have secure cycle storage and shower facilities.  We have undertaken a travel survey of all staff to better understand our travel patterns and set targets to reduce reliance on the car.

08/09 Target:  Develop a travel plan for the company and target greater use of public transport.

Waste

We have removed personal waste bins, providing only communal recycling in our hubs.  Our London office has movement sensor lighting throughout and our studio lighting automatically changes to provide optimum levels.

08/09 Target:  Establish our existing company carbon footprint.
