Benefits

Career
We have annual personal development reviews (PDR) to inspire our staff to consider and reach their potential. Their responses inform our programme of courses and conferences to provide training that meets their career aspirations.

Culture
We have an active social club in each office, with a club managed budget. Events in the past year have included ten-pin bowling, a trip to Bruges, a Hallowe'en quiz and a Hollywood style awards night. There is also an annual ski trip open to all staff.
Sharing of knowledge is essential and encouraged through inter-office design and technical reviews, internal seminars and talks, sector presentations, in-house Friday drinks, the 'cool wall' and the preparation of project and design detail fact sheets.
