ICT strategy

Scott Brownrigg achieves competitive advantage through a comprehensive investment and integration strategy of information communication and technology (ICT) into its core business model.

With the perpetual and rapid evolution in communication methods, the practice’s ICT strategy encompasses a continual evaluation of diverse technologies and their application and relevance to the business, ensuring a position of strength in seamlessly conversing with clients and their advisors, other design team members and construction teams.

Through dedicated inter and intra office interconnectivity and the use of pioneering software applications, the practice can coordinate key areas of its operation effectively and with few constraints.

For example, building survey data can be entered directly allowing accurate base information to be recorded. Realistic 3D modelling, perspective views and plans can also be reproduced in full colour. Alterations and modifications to a development can be kept up to date with reference material available to identify suppliers and maintenance requirements.
