Martyn Stutchbury

Group Director

Martyn is a Group Director of the practice based in our London office and makes a major contribution to planning and development projects, undertaken by our Guildford and London offices.

He is a qualified Town Planner with considerable experience across an impressive range of planning and development activities. His expertise and inter-personal skills are particularly valuable in negotiations with Local Planning Authorities, as is demonstrated by a successful track record in securing planning permissions for his clients.

However, Martyn has also proved himself a very effective expert witness. where planning issues have been examined at public inquiry.

Martyn has a strong personal interest in the concept of sustainable development, which has been pursued in working with commercial clients and Local Planning Authorities alike.
