Technical services

As part of Scott Brownrigg’s integrated design approach, the practice has a well-established in-house technical services team providing specialist technical support on a considerable range of construction issues from product verification regulation guidance to analysis of building failures. The team offers a vital contribution to the creative process, supporting our architects in ensuring intelligent design solutions that are both in line with the frequent changes in regulations - including Part L, Part E, Part M and the Disability Discrimination Act – and that are achievable.

The team constantly reviews new technologies and innovations and encourages our design teams to take advantage of these tools when they have been fully proven.

Our technical expertise is now offered as a service to clients, contractors and other professionals in need of key technical advice. By working closely with a number of industry experts Technical Services can co-ordinate tasks and responses from several areas providing the client with a ‘one stop shop’.
