We carry out the full range of planning services from delivering initial feasibility studies to acting as expert witnesses at public inquiries. These services are offered flexibly, sometimes as individual planning solutions, sometimes as part of a fully integrated package alongside other specialist services.

We are at the forefront of many of the Government’s key initiatives including the schools building programme, the Sustainable Communities Plan and are ahead of the sustainability agenda. Scott Brownrigg deals with strategic proposals on some of the country’s largest and most complex development projects.
