Building 101, Cambridge Science ParkBuilding 101 replaces an outdated 1979 single-let research and development building with an 8,366 sq m sustainable and flexible headquarters building at the entrance to Cambridge Science Park. Future flexibility of this new building was an important requirement and is reflected in the design of the glazed atrium street which allows for up to eight separate tenancies and gives opportunities for multi letting. Additional floor height on the ground floor caters for a diverse range of occupancy from office functions through to small scale research and development. Further Information
