Defence Training Review
The Defence Training Review is the largest PPP project in the UK to date with construction values approaching £1billion. The capital works component of the project provides the living, training and leisure facilities in St Athan and Leconfield and other smaller sites for over 10,000 people. Scott Brownrigg is providing masterplanning and architectural services to the Metrix Consortium for all living and related accommodation which alone totals more than 250,000 sq m of new build.
