The challenges set by the education sector are immense. The transformation of primary and secondary schools promised under the Building Schools for the Future programme coupled with the planned expansion of further and higher education provide an opportunity to make a significant contribution to raising the standards of attainment and enhancing the quality of the built environment.  Our approach places the learner at the heart of the design process and we take care to engage with students, staff, parents and governors to ensure that the views of the stakeholders are taken into account at every step of the way.

Our objectives are to:
Create environments that are fully inclusive and foster improved learning
Produce designs that inspire and encourage staff and students
Offer solutions that provide flexibility and long term adaptability that also maximise spatial efficiencies
Place the learner at the heart of the design process
Work towards a carbon neutral environment
Provide safe and secure places to work, learn and play
Embrace new technologies and develop new learning vocabularies
Use innovations from industry to inform new vocational learning environments
