Cambridge Lakes
The Cambridge Lakes development is part of the redevelopment
of the former quarry and Norman Works.
The 3.24-hectare site provides a total of 12,626 sq m of general
industrial, storage and distribution space in three separate buildings. The buildings are positioned in the ‘bowl’
of the former quarry, approximately 9 metres below road level. By taking advantage of the topography of the
site, the buildings are revealed slowly and the service areas remain screened
