This
elongated site released by SEEDA and Portsmouth City Council needed to offer a
solution of high architectural quality and establish the character and design
approach for the further regeneration of the area. The development consists of 125,268 sq ft over four high quality
industrial type units. The flexibility of the building design allows units to
be subdivided to accommodate smaller tenants and the flexibility to allow a
