25 Berkeley Square, Mayfair25 Berkeley Square is an impressive 1920s building located in one of the most prestigious areas of the capital. Scott Brownrigg Interior Design delivered a CAT A refurbishment scheme for the Grade II listed property, incorporating 50,000 sq ft of office space over ten storeys. Scott Brownrigg Interior Design was appointed as design consultants for this historic building for both CAT A and B fit outs running concurrently (see Green & Black’s). Close liaison was also necessary with Scott Brownrigg Planning, who ensured a number of English Heritage and change-of-use applications were successfully granted. The stunning reception space, which features beautifully ornate columns, covings and mouldings was subtly refurnished with a new stone floor, suspended chandeliers and sculptural soft furnishings.
