Blythe Valley ParkScott Brownrigg achieved planning consent for phase two of Blythe Valley Park taking an existing 1.2million sq ft to a contemporary masterplan totalling 2million sq ft. A ‘seedling to oak tree’ philosophy underpinned the rationale behind the mix of commercial building sizes in phase two. The approach is to attract young companies to inhabit the smaller buildings before growing into the mid-sized offices before finally maturing into the ultimate corporate HQ buildings at the heart of the scheme.
