Blythe Valley Park

Scott Brownrigg were originally commissioned to develop two new office buildings that would transform the architectural character of an existing business park near Birmingham.  These two buildings, Rhodium & Tungsten, altered the image of the Park and led to our commission to masterplan the second phase.

Consent was gained in November 2006 for an additional 800,000 sq ft of uniquely planned business space. The second phase has carefully considered the topography and existing landscaping retaining much of the hedge and tree field divisions, yet the unique central heart is planned as new public open space at the core of what will be a high profile business park.

Planning consent has recently been obtained on two further two storey speculative buildings whilst work is waiting to start on a new restaurant.
