Project Allenby/ConnaughtScott Brownrigg is providing architectural and masterplanning services on Project Allenby/Connaught for the Aspire Defence consortium and Ministry of Defence. The £8billion project is one of the UK’s largest service delivery and building construction PFI programmes. The works cover a total of 575 hectares and will provide enhanced facilities for around 18,000 military and civilian personnel.
