Scott Brownrigg has acted as planning advisor in some of the country's largest and most complex development projects. We are currently dealing with a number of strategic proposals, including Chelsea Bridge Wharf and Eden House and recently led the team that secured planning permission for one of the UK's largest regeneration schemes at Hatfield Business Park. At the forefront of many of the Government's key initiatives including the schools building programme, we have secured planning permission for 14 schools in the South East in the last two years alone. We are also promoting strategic land releases in Hertfordshire and Ashford, Kent, in line with the Sustainable Communities Plan. We are already ahead of the sustainability agenda in securing planning permission for a leading energy efficient building for the Environment Agency, Howbery Park. |
