The team then advised on optimising the existing planning permission to increase the number of units and marketable floor space by approximately 15%. Planning consent has been granted for phase 5 of the development which will increase the total number of homes by 233 to 1,069 dwellings and will enable the delivery of Wandsworth's first 4-star hotel, 8,000sq m of office space and a new health and fitness club.
