Eden HouseScott Brownrigg has recently secured planning permission for a 6,800sqm office development in the Spitalfields Market Development Area for Royal London Asset Management. The scheme involved extensive stakeholder engagement on issues such as rights of light, sunlight and daylight, archaeology and impact on the Central Line Underground line. Eden House will complete the regeneration of the Spital Square are conceived in the 1999 masterplan and will complement other development on the former market site.
