North Herts College

Currently spread over two sites, the amalgamation of the Hitchin campus within a single building is just one of the challenges that have been faced on this exciting project in Hertfordshire. Working with HKS Architects and a range of other consultants Scott Brownrigg has provided planning services for the redevelopment of a new 15,000sq m further education facility.  One of the key aims of the development was to increase the presence of the college within the town.

As well as leading the pre-application discussions, managing the planning process and ensuring the application was submitted in accordance with the agreed programme, Scott Brownrigg organised an exhibition in order to present the proposals to local residents and other stakeholders.
