Hatfield Aerodrome
Scott Brownrigg prepared the original masterplan for the 800 acre Hatfield Aerodrome site. The
planning team submitted the outline application for a mixed-use
development which includes over 1,000 new dwellings, refurbishment of
listed buildings, a new district centre, central park open space,
re-use of the green belt land, new schools and community facilities as
well as some 190,000 sq m of employment floorspace and provision for a
new university campus.
