Brunel University

Scott Brownrigg prepared and submitted planning, listed building and conservation area consent applications for the Brunel University campus in Osterley for Crest Nicholson.  The proposal was to redevelop over eight hectares for new housing, sport and recreation uses.  The scheme involves some 450 homes (40% affordable) through new build and the conversion of a Grade II listed building.
