Cotlands Road, BournemouthAs part of the Government’s Jobcentre Plus programme by the Department of Work & Pensions, Scott Brownrigg were commissioned to design a new facility to that will merge several Jobcentre Plus sites into one modern three storey building. The building is designed to respond to the curved nature of this restricted site. Designed to a high standard the building incorporates sustainable initiatives to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
