East Street, Farnham

Acting as masterplanners, urban designers and architects Scott Brownrigg aims to regenerate a 538,000 sq ft (50,000 sq m) area adjacent to the historic core of the town of Farnham for Waverley Borough Council.   The development seeks to extend the town centre and add to its vitality through the provision of 107,640 sq ft (10,000 sq m) of retail, bars, cafes and restaurants, an eight screen cinema and a total of 294 private and affordable residential units.  The area will be served by an underground car park, allowing a high quality pedestrianised public realm, including a new town square, to be created.

Full planning permission has been achieved.
