Chelsea Bridge Wharf
Scott Brownrigg is providing architecture, interior design and town planning services on the scheme adjacent to Chelsea Bridge and the iconic Battersea Power Station. Phases one to four have already been delivered and comprise 800 luxury apartments, retail space and management suites. Phase five will increase the total number of homes by 233 to 1,069 dwellings and will enable the delivery of Wandsworth's first 4-star hotel, 8,000m2 of office space, and a new health and fitness club.
