Chelsea Bridge Wharf
Scott Brownrigg is
providing architecture, interior design and town planning services on the
scheme adjacent to Chelsea Bridge and the iconic Battersea Power Station.
Phases 1 - 4 have
already been delivered on site comprising 800 luxury apartments, retail space
and management suites. Phase 5 of the
development will increase the total number of homes by 233 to 1,069 dwellings
and will enable the delivery of Wandsworth's first 4-star hotel, 8,000m2 of
office space, and a new health and fitness club.
