Countryside Properties Plc has commissioned Scott Brownrigg to develop a complex residential masterplan on a former hospital site to increase a current consent to 874 new dwellings.
Scott Brownrigg has sensitively integrated a wide range of homes and apartments, public open spaces and related infrastructure over 12.69 hectares.

Our approach in delivering Whitelands Park combining contemporary design alongside historic listed buildings resulted in our involvement at Harold Wood where Grade II listed buildings and their settings have been combined with contemporary lifestyles.

Scott Brownrigg has successfully delivered a masterplan, held a public consultation with 1,000 local residents and created a contemporary vision within a challenging setting.

Urban design led masterplan solutions which underpin the layout, character areas, open spaces and the historic DNA of the site have been used to evolve the plan into the current layout.

Scott Brownrigg has further been appointed to develop a reserved matters application for Phase 1 which comprises the first 200 units on site.
