BIM Coordinator - Practice Wide

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Working closely with our Director of Digital Development and BIM Manager as part of the cross-studio Digital Technology team, you will support our global teams across all our studios with a wide range of BIM and technical activities.

This role would suit someone with proven experience in the application of CAD and BIM systems in a project based environment with a true passion for emerging digital technologies and collaboration. You will have an opportunity to implement practice BIM and Software standards, efficiency and digital integration on architecture and design projects.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Expert user of AEC collection tools, specifically Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Revit and AutoCAD certified.
  • Proven experience in the application of CAD and BIM systems in a project based environment.
  • Extremely technically competent.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Able to motivate and influence people.
  • Able to present ideas and workflows both graphically and verbally.

Desirable knowledge and experience:

  • Experience and skill in other software such as RhinoDynamo, Navisworks, Solibri, Enscape, Grasshopper and Virtual Reality visualisation
  • Experience of working in an architectural environment.
  • Architectural or Technician qualifications
  • BIM Level 2 and / or ISO19650 knowledge and experience

 Candidates must be highly computer literate with strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a positive and can-do attitude.
