Studio Assistant & PA to the Board
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and motivated Studio Assistant and PA to the Board who will support our London studio as well as provide a PA service.
You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your co-ordination, diligence and expertise to deliver great support which not only exceed our clients’ expectations but also reflect our vision and values.
To succeed in this role you will be a conscientious and diligent person who is honest, helpful, patient, reliable and able to work on their own initiative.
Working closely with our Studio Support team you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the London studio including premises, front desk and general staff and visitor support, with some requirement to travel to our Guildford studio as and when needed. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and maintaining diaries of the Board including organising of all appointments, meetings and travel arrangements, as well as taking meeting minutes.
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
- Highly proficient and accurate use of English language, both spoken and written
- Highly organised and ability to use initiative to prioritise tasks and resolve problems
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Efficient with strong attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- ‘Can-do’ attitude and willingness to help others
- Previous office experience. Creative industry experience would be an advantage.
- Good typing speed desirable
- Willing to work as part of the wider administration team, helping out as necessary.
