John has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and has extensive and varied experience of building types including complex work on existing buildings including those that are listed. John has particular knowledge in contract forms and the level of documentation required for each stage of a project. He has a wealth of experience in the refurbishment and re-cladding of buildings and also has been involved in several city projects from commencement to completion. John has worked in various sectors including commercial, residential, retail and industrial.
