Raymond joined Scott Brownrigg in 2016 and is the Director responsible for leading the practice's Singapore studio. He has 20 years' professional experience within the industry, having successfully delivered schemes across Asia. As a registered architect in Singapore he has a wide range of cross-sector design and delivery experience, from masterplanning, residential and mixed-use through to commercial, education, hospitality and advanced technologies.

Having previously worked for RSP Architects, Planners and Engineers Pte Ltd (Singapore) and WOW Architects Pte Ltd & Warner Wong Pte Ltd, Raymond has ensured the successful execution of several notable developments across the region and Singapore. These include the BMW flagship car showroom and award-winning Henderson Wave Bridge in Singapore, flagship M Hotel Chengdu in Chengdu, China for Millennium Hotels & Resorts, China Vanke Co Ltd’s Sanya Vanke Forest Resort town centre in Hainan, China and the new St Regis Vommuli Resort in the Maldives. He has managed design and project teams throughout all project stages; from masterplan, architectural and interior design inception to design implementation through to post-completion and operations hand-over. 

As well as being an Adjunct Design Tutor in the Department of Architecture at the National University of Singapore, Raymond has also been featured in the Singapore 2016 Tatler Homes '50 Most Influential in Singapore Design' list, which recognises key influencers and newsmakers who are changing the face of the nation's design scene.
