Based in our London studio as Director of Design Management, Shyamala takes a critical role in driving improvements in design management, supporting project teams and securing new opportunities in this area.

She has twenty years of experience as a civil and structural engineer and twelve years as a design and project manager with Santiago Calatrava, Zaha Hadid, Foster+Partners amongst others.

Shyamala holds a B. Eng. (Hons) in Civil Engineering with Architecture. She is a visiting lecturer at London University, in the Bartlett School of Architecture, on Practice and Project Management.
