Learning Disabilities Centre at NESCOT College receives planning
Scott Brownrigg Planning, working with Day Architectural and Capita Symonds has secured planning permission for a new Learning Disabilities Centre at Nescot College, Surrey.
The new facility is the initial phase of a wider masterplan that includes proposals to extend remodel and refurbish the existing campus. The Learning Disabilities Centre is located within the heart of the existing campus and will provide a new, fully integrated and highly adaptable facility for students with learning difficulties. Day’s design ensures that the most is made of limited natural light and the environment is flexible to accommodate the specific needs of students and is able to accommodate varying group sizes. Proposals for the wider campus are currently being develop and are expected to be submitted shortly.
