Scott Brownrigg Receive Planning Permission at 'Hertz'


Scott Brownrigg’s planning and architectural team achieved planning permission on 19 February 2008 for 5,443 sq m of industrial and commercial space at the existing Hertz site, on Central Way, Hounslow.

The proposals will make better use of this existing industrial site by providing modern employment space at the gateway to Feltham Trading Estate - an important strategic location close to Heathrow Airport. The new development will replace the existing Hertz rent-a-car facility (sui generis) with a more modern facility to enable Hertz to remain at the site, whilst also provide two new B1/B2/B8 units totalling over 4,500 sq m across the remainder of the site.
