Scott Brownrigg's Cardiff office wins AJ100 Regional Award for Wales for the second consecutive year
Scott Brownrigg is delighted to announce that its Cardiff office has won the AJ100 Regional Award for Wales for the second consecutive year.
The award acknowledges HR issues including job satisfaction, working environment, culture, benefits and staff turnover. It also reflects the successful year that the team, led by Group Director, Neil MacOmish has experienced, which includes securing the Cardiff International Sports Village and the adjacent residential scheme, Cardiff Pointe for developers Greenbank Partnerships and Helium Miracle 113. As one surveyed employee stated "The office is working on some of the most diverse and exciting projects, not only in the region, but also, arguably, in the country".
Responding to the win, Neil MacOmish said "I am extremely proud that the Cardiff office has secured the award for a second year, it is rare for an AJ100 practice to win the same award two years running. This achievement really reflects the value we place on our employees and the quality of work that the team is delivering from this office and is testament to their level of commitment and hard work ".
Scott Brownrigg was also highly commended in the Sustainable Practice of the Year Award, acknowledging the practice's commitment to providing innovative and new ways of working, particularly in relation to preserving the natural environment. Recent projects include the new carbon minus facility for the King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery and the competition win for the new HQ for CABI.
