Recently, colleagues from our London studio took part in Building Bridges, Building Futures, our WAC charity event in support of Blueprint for All and their 10-year anniversary campaign.

Starting from our Covent Garden studio, the route followed the Thames, offering two options: a 6.5k walk or a 9k run. Along the way, teams crossed some of London’s most iconic bridges – landmarks that highlight the city’s design legacy and reflect the role architecture plays in connecting people and places.

The event was a chance to step outside the studio, enjoy the city from a new perspective and come together around a shared purpose. We finished in Vauxhall, marking not just the end of the route, but also a celebration of what can be achieved when design is open and accessible to everyone.

Building Bridges, Building Futures supports Blueprint for All’s work to open up career opportunities in architecture and the built environment for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Their mission aligns with our own commitment to inclusivity and to ensuring the future of design is representative, diverse and full of possibility.
