Celebrating EO Day 2025 across our global studios

On Friday 20 June, we celebrated EO Day 2025 – a moment to reflect on what employee ownership means to us as a practice, and how it shapes our future.

From our studios in London, Guildford, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Singapore and Amsterdam, our teams came together for a shared event that spanned time zones and perspectives. It was a celebration of people, ownership and possibility – and a reminder that our strength lies in collaboration.

The day began with breakfast in our UK and Amsterdam studios, and an afternoon welcome in Singapore, before we joined virtually for a global session filled with insight and energy. We were honoured to welcome Mark Agnew – polar adventurer, team leader and motivational speaker – whose keynote challenged us to rethink what’s possible when we commit to a common goal. His story of endurance, teamwork and self-belief struck a powerful chord with our teams.

Mark was joined by Sam Stevens and Elizabeth Akamo from our EO Committee for an engaging Q&A, exploring the parallels between leading an expedition and building a future-focused, employee-owned business. Their conversation made it clear: shared ownership gives us a platform to be bolder and more ambitious together.

This theme was picked up in a thought-provoking discussion led by Craig Goddard and Helen Taylor – both members of the EOT Committee – who asked: “As owners of a successful business, how can we evolve to continue pushing the boundaries of excellence?” It was a question that sparked reflection across the studios, and one we’ll continue exploring as we look ahead.

EO Day isn’t just a date in the diary. It’s a reminder of what we’re building – together – as a creative, committed, employee-owned practice. Thank you to everyone who joined the event, both in person and online, and to the teams behind the scenes who brought it to life.
