Scott Brownrigg’s journey began in 1910, when Annesley Harold Brownrigg won a series of competitions and set up his studio in the charming town of Haslemere, Surrey. Fast forward 115 years, and the practice has evolved from these humble beginnings into a global design leader, ranked within the UK’s Top 20 and the world’s Top 100 architectural practices.
Driven by a bold, forward-thinking mindset, the team has continued to push boundaries and explore new horizons. With the support of exceptional clients and a passion for design excellence, we've made our mark across all major sectors worldwide. Our reach now spans continents, with studios in New York, Singapore, Riyadh, and Amsterdam.
We mark our 115th anniversary with a new book, Architecture + Progression, which explores our evolution and how we’ve continued to remain relevant. It dives into the heart of our design philosophy and showcases some of the landmark projects that have defined our legacy and continue to shape the future. From large-scale masterplans and high-tech science parks to cutting-edge workplaces, inspirational schools, future-thinking terminal hubs, and desirable places to live, the book, alongside a curated exhibition at London’s Building Centre, celebrates the creativity, diversity, and impact of our work.
As we reflect on the past and look ahead, this milestone isn’t just a celebration of where we’ve been - it’s a bold statement about where we’re going. Here’s to shaping the future of architecture, one visionary project at a time.
The Scott Brownrigg: Architecture + Progression exhibition will be held at the Building Centre, Store Street, London WC1E 7BT from 3 -14 November 2025, and the book is now available to order via Waterstones, Amazon, and other major bookshops.
Let's start a conversation.
