We are delighted to announce that Scott Brownrigg have promoted Melanie Hayler from Group Finance Manager to Finance Director. 

Melanie who joined Scott Brownrigg in 2017 from Grant Thornton has been an instrumental part of the Finance team, helping to build and maintain its strong financial position.  Last year saw the Practice achieve a turnover in the region of £30 million.  

This promotion is a natural progression for Melanie, reflecting her strong commercial and financial acumen and her commitment to the business. 

It also reflects Scott Brownrigg’s Succession Plan and commitment to promoting from within, with a focus on retaining and recognising in-house talent to develop a practice where everyone has the opportunity to contribute to positive success and create something special. 

She will be responsible for all financial and tax aspects of the group, including the annual budget and improving current process and controls. Melanie is also a key member of the practices Operations Board.
