We’re proud to announce that The Optic has been selected for a site visit by the regional judges as part of the BCO Awards 2026.

Site visits are reserved for shortlisted schemes, giving judges the opportunity to step inside a building, understand its design intent, and see how it responds to the needs of future occupants - from concept to completion. Being selected is a strong recognition of the ambition, quality, and thoughtfulness behind the project.

Designed as a contemporary, human-centred workplace, The Optic is rooted in clarity - of form, movement, and experience. It balances flexibility with identity, and performance with personality, creating a building that is robust, adaptable, and quietly confident - designed to support its future occupants without overwhelming them.

The judges’ tour will focus on how the building has been carefully crafted: how spaces encourage collaboration, how light and views shape the environment, and how considered design decisions are intended to deliver long-term value for both client and future occupiers.

This milestone reflects the dedication and creativity of the entire project team. Being shortlisted for a BCO site visit places The Optic among the strongest workplace projects in the region, and we look forward to sharing updates following the visit.
