Beth joined Scott Brownrigg in 2016 and is based in our Guildford studio. A Chartered MCIPD, she has extensive experience working in HR across many different industries. 

As Head of People and Culture, Beth works closely with the Directors and is responsible for leading HR strategy, supporting employee relations, and providing HR guidance across all our studios.
