Bill joined Scott Brownrigg in late 2020 as a Support Technology Analyst. He has worked in Architecture for over 8 years and has gained a vast amount of knowledge with the programs that help with the day to day running of the business.

As Associate IT Support Manager & Infrastructure Analyst, Bill ensures that customer service is at the forefront of the support given to staff across the business. Bill also supports our IT Director with making strategic decisions on user hardware and negotiating contracts when purchasing new equipment and 3rd party services.
