James has been with Scott Brownrigg for over six years, bringing experience across the Residential & Mixed Use, Business Space and Life Sciences sectors throughout the RIBA workstages. He first joined the practice as a student in 2016 and has since developed extensive expertise in the design and delivery of large-scale, complex residential developments.

James has played a key role in major London schemes including Chelsea Creek and the ongoing King’s Road Park development, through the Design Delivery Unit. He brings a strong focus on detailed design and technical delivery, with particular expertise in the Building Safety Gateway process.

James works closely with clients and project teams to turn design intent into well-considered, high-quality buildings. He values clear communication and strong relationships, helping teams navigate complex challenges while keeping projects moving towards successful delivery.
