João joined Scott Brownrigg in 2026 and is a key member of the Aviation team. He brings over 20 years' experience delivering major aviation, rail and transport infrastructure projects across Europe, the Middle East and North America.

A highly experienced architect and aviation specialist, Joao has led multidisciplinary teams on complex projects from concept design through to delivery.

Recognised for his expertise in technically complex and highly regulated environments, Joao combines strong design leadership with a deep understanding of operational performance, passenger experience and future-focused infrastructure. He supports the growth and delivery of the practice's aviation portfolio in the UK and internationally.
