Melanie joined Scott Brownrigg in 2017 having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Grant Thornton.  

She has progressed through the business from her initial role as Assistant Financial Controller to Group Finance Manager to Finance Director. She is a key member of the Operations Board and is responsible for all financial and tax aspects of the group, which includes overseeing the annual budget and improving current processes and controls. She also manages the Studio support team.

Melanie has a keen interest in bringing finance to the business, building relationships across the practice and, as Scott Brownrigg are an Employee Ownership Trust, ensuring that all staff understand and are kept up to date with the finances.
