Having originally joined Scott Brownrigg as an Architectural Part II Student in 2007, Neal developed his residential design expertise before helping to establish our executive architecture brand - Design Delivery Unit in 2012, building it into a well-recognised, AJ100 award-winning business.
 
As a key member of our Operations Board for a number of years, at the end of 2025 Neal was promoted to Managing Director where he is responsible for Chairing the Operations Board, leading the business with clarity, purpose, and strategic foresight. As a key member of the Strategic Board, he ensures the effective execution of the Company’s vision by translating strategy into operational excellence.
