Ross heads our Life Sciences sector, managing a talented team of architects and technicians through feasibility, design development and delivery. With over a decade of life science expertise, Ross has led a number of high-profile life sciences projects across key regions of growth, particularly in Cambridge and Oxford, and is responsible for forging new relationships with clients within the life sciences and GMP sectors.
 
Recent projects include the full development of phase 2 Cambridge Biomedical Campus, the redevelopment of the southern belt of Cambridge Science Park including gateway buildings, together with Peterhouse Technology Park. Ross is particularly invested in repurposing existing building stock to breathe new life into city centres, notably Urban Labs - the conversion from retail to life sciences.
 
He has a wealth of experience in advising clients on flexible and adaptive design solutions in the Life Sciences sector and currently leads on sustainability within life science projects; he sits on the carbon reductions group tasked to ensure all projects consider the net zero carbon agenda.
