Zoom’s new home on Level 24 of the IOI Boulevard Towers in Singapore marks a significant addition to its presence in the CBD. The 7,800 sq ft tenancy accommodates a 3,000 sq ft Executive Briefing Center alongside modern office space.
The design builds on the success of the London office while incorporating local elements to create a fresh yet cohesive representation of the Zoom design brand. Natural materials and a subtle colour palette invigorate employees in this new environment. With sustainability and wellbeing at its core, the design carefully considers lighting and planting to create focal points, while Zoom technology is seamlessly integrated throughout.
The office is designed around three key areas. The EBC features a welcoming entrance and lounge space, characterised by organic forms that create a clear path for visitors. The central space is dedicated to social interactions and also serves as an extension of the EBC for events. The remaining areas offer a variety of work settings, supporting focus, collaboration, and learning—all seamlessly integrated with Zoom technology.
