We’re delighted to welcome Asta Bijeike to Scott Brownrigg as our new Creative Interior Design Lead, strengthening the leadership of our Interior Design team as we continue to grow our UK and international portfolio across workplace, residential and hospitality.

Asta joins us from Penson, where she was Creative Director. She brings more than a decade of leadership experience and a diverse portfolio of award-winning projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and other international markets.

A highly accomplished designer, Asta brings multidisciplinary expertise across workplace, residential and hospitality environments, with a particular focus on concept development, visual storytelling, spatial planning and design. She has extensive experience leading large-scale, complex projects from the initial bid stage through to design and delivery, ensuring the original design vision becomes reality.

Throughout her career, Asta has led multidisciplinary teams and worked closely with clients to shape innovative, commercially successful design solutions. Her approach combines creative ambition with a clear understanding of programme, planning and project coordination – bringing together bold ideas and the practical requirements needed to deliver them.

Her portfolio includes the award-winning GSK London Headquarters, which received the 2025 BCO Innovation of the Year Award, as well as a key role in the team behind the launch of JO&JOE, Accor’s global hospitality brand. The brand’s first Paris location went on to win the MIPIM Award for Best Hotel & Tourism Resort in 2020. Asta has also delivered projects across the Middle East, bringing valuable international insight and regional experience to the team.

In her new role, Asta will work closely with our Head of Interior Design, Beatriz Gonzalez, to further develop our design offering and create new opportunities across the UK and global markets. Her appointment will support our continued growth across workplace, residential and hospitality.
