Five years with the UN Global Compact

Five years on from joining the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, we've submitted our fifth annual Communication on Progress (COP).

As a signatory, we're committed to aligning our business with the UN Global Compact's Ten Principles, covering human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. These principles shape how we work every day – influencing the decisions we make, the places we design and the way we work together.

Our latest Communication on Progress reflects the progress we've made over the past year to embed our responsibility to the world and to our industry across our practice, strengthen how we measure and report our impact, and contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. From creating more resilient, lower-carbon places to championing wellbeing and inclusive design, we're committed to designing a better future for people and the planet.

Submitting our Communication on Progress each year is an opportunity to reflect on what we've achieved, recognise where we can do more, and demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement through transparent reporting.
