Scott Brownrigg were asked to develop a landmark hospitality destination on the Caspian Sea that blends global brand standards with the unique cultural and natural identity of the region. The project delivers an iconic, future-facing design that positions the development as a symbol of luxury, innovation, and place-making.
The design creates a recognisable landmark that resonates and embraces the unique setting on the Caspian Sea. Drawing inspiration from the local heritage, materials and landscape, whilst incorporating resilient design strategies for energy efficiency, water management and climate responsiveness.
The hotel contains approximately 500 hotel rooms, alongside a collection of private, high-end residences integrated with the resort, offering exclusivity while maintaining a strong visual and experiential link to the hotel. The landscaped waterfront spaces, marina and boardwalk blur the boundaries between the inside and outside.
