We have a long history of delivering pre-construction and construction health and safety requirements, assisting clients to achieve cost and risk certainty. We provide CDM Principal Designer and CDM Client Advisor services across the UK, and can support delivery of best practice on international projects.

By providing appropriate and timely advice, we can help duty holders fulfil their role and make a positive impact on all stages of a project, from design through to construction and operation.

Scott Brownrigg are a RIBA Chartered Practice and corporate member of the Association for Project Safety (APS) and Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP- Acclaim- Constructionline Gold) accredited. We authored the RIBA publication ‘CDM 2015 - A Practical Guide for Architects and Designers’ which has become one of the UK construction industry’s main reference book for understanding and delivering the UK’s CDM Regulations 2015.
