Project Director – Crown Architecture
Matthew is a Project Director at Crown Architecture, D.P.C. in New York City. He specializes in providing client support and direction, managing the design process and construction administration in addition to managing a team of Architects. He has extensive knowledge of code and zoning analysis and interpretation, municipal approvals and the construction processes, but prides himself most on the rapport he builds with his clients.
Prior to this, Matthew has been a project manager and designer both in New York and New Jersey. He specializes in numerous sectors of the profession including public municipal work, single and multi-family residential, hospitality, ground up construction, and transit. He has designed and managed projects including: the Mead school renovation of the existing façade to bring the buildings’ appearance into the 21st Century, the renovation at the Buchanan building, The Drake, 4 Bedford, and currently a ground up construction at 1182 Woodycrest.
Matthew graduated with High Honors from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture. Matthew is LEED AP certified and practices sustainability and green building throughout his projects.
